Water Softening Systems in Los Angeles County, CA

Affordable, Efficient, No Leaks!! They gave an estimate that was much less than another company. I had them install a water heater and a water softening system I purchased at Home Depot. Everything was installed in half a day and they upgraded existing parts and fittings when necessary. The workmanship is great and I am extremely satisfied!!!

I had a water softener and RO drinking water installed in March of 2024. Brandon was communicative, fair, and did a great job. I meant to write a review back then, but it slipped my mind. I can’t speak to their customer service after install, because I haven’t had any issues, and my RO filters haven’t slowed down/needed changing yet. I’ll update my review when that time comes! I wish I’d made these purchases 10 years earlier instead of renting a water softener. The company I rented from before (Matilija) kept raising the monthly fee for their depreciating equipment, never came to test the equipment/water to make sure it was working, and were completely unresponsive when I called and emailed. Working with Brandon was a breath of fresh air!

We have been putting off a drinking water system on our new home for the last year. We wish we would've had done this a lot earlier. I reached out to pure water filtration and Brandon got back to me immediately. He gave me a quote over the phone, we scheduled the install three days later and he was very communicative. He was on time, called us when he was on his way and installed the system extremely quickly. This company is fast and effective and they are very professional and courteous. Absolutely beautiful job! Brandon was on time, he was very informative on what he was doing, respectful of the property and did his best to be quiet (our baby was napping at the time- she didn't wake up at all during the install!) We absolutely recommend Pure Water Filtration. Invest in treating your home water; your plumbing and your health will thank you.
